2026 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Paw Paw Festival! We're celebrating our third year on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We welcome artisans, crafters, growers, makers, boutiques, food vendors, and small businesses to apply.

Please read the Vendor Terms & Guidelines below and complete the application in full. There is no application fee. Booth fees ($25 vendor / $100 food vendor) are paid separately and refunded if your application is declined.

Vendor Terms & Guidelines

Booth Spaces & Fees

  • Each space is approximately 10’ × 10’
  • Booth fee: $25 per space
  • Food vendors: $100 per space
  • No commissions on sales — vendors keep all proceeds
  • No hidden fees
  • Booth fees must be paid before spaces are assigned

Vendor Selection

  • Spaces filled on a first come, first paid basis
  • The festival committee reserves the right to approve or decline any application
  • Payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance
  • Vendors not accepted will receive a full refund
  • Applications within 30 days of the festival are accepted based on remaining availability

Outdoor Festival

  • Fully outdoor event — rain or shine
  • Vendors provide their own tent/canopy
  • Vendors provide their own tables and chairs
  • Come prepared for changing weather
  • Booth fees are non-refundable, including for weather

Booth Courtesy & Setup

  • Booth spaces may not be shared or traded
  • Keep displays and merchandise within your assigned space
  • Keep your area neat, family-friendly, and respectful of neighbors

Electricity & Internet

  • Electricity is not provided for vendors
  • Generators only allowed for approved food vendors with prior permission
  • Wi-Fi is not available — plan ahead for card readers or alternate payment methods

Setup Schedule

  • Friday, Sept 11, 2026: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, Sept 12, 2026: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
  • Event opens to the public at 9:00 AM
  • Check-in instructions sent upon acceptance

Pay Your Booth Fee

Booth fees can be paid online here. Spaces are reserved on a first come, first paid basis. Submit your application below in addition to paying.

Vendor Booth

$25 per 10×10 space

For artisans, crafters, growers, boutiques, and baked-goods vendors. Choose quantity for multiple spaces.

Food Vendor Space

$100 per space

Required for food vendors and food trucks. Generator approval requested separately on the application.

Note: Payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance. The committee reviews applications to maintain a balanced festival; if your application is declined, your booth payment will be fully refunded.
